After the first 5 weeks have been completed, we will review any and all questions and we will go over the progression that has been made. In this time you will be focused on progressively overloading on your workouts and nutrition.

At this time you will be completely focused on getting closer and closer to your end goal. This is where the men are separated from the boys, this is where Legends are made.
You will be pushing hard to break through your comfort zone of not committing to something fully, you will be dialed in on training and nutrition. Making sure to stay on track with what you want to accomplish.
